Vitameal Porridge

Ingredients:
1/2 fist size of white rice
1/4 fist size of Vitameal grain (rule of thumb: use ratio of 1:3 for Vitameal:white rice)

Method:
Wash white rice. Do not wash Vitameal grain (washing will rinse away vitamins and mineral).
Place all ingredients above into rice cooker, add lots of water (to make porridge texture) and set to cook.
When cook, scoop out needed portion into serving bowl. Add hot water and stir to required texture.
For a balance meal, serve Vitameal porridge with other dishes.
