Custard Oat Cereal with g3

Ingredients:
1/2 portion Heinz Organic Vanilla Custard
1/2 portion Quaker Instant Oatmeal
10ml g3
1/2 scoop milk powder (use children's regular band)
hot water

Method:
Mix Heinz Organic Vanilla Custard, Quaker Instant Oatmeal and milk powder.
Add hot water and stir.
Let cool for 2 minutes, then add g3 and stir.

Milo Oat Cereal

Ingredients:
1 portion Quaker Instant Oatmeal
1 teaspoon Milo
1/2 scoop milk powder (use children's regular band)
hot water

Method:
Mix Quaker Instant Oatmeal, milk powder and Milo.
Add hot water and stir.

Steam Egg with Krill Oil

Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 capsule Marine Omega
Vitameal Porridge stock

Method:
Beat egg and place in shallow bowl.
See above recipe for Vitameal Porridge. When rice cooker is cooking, scoop out some stock and add into egg. (use ratio of 1:1 for egg volume:stock) Mix well
Steam in microwave for 4 minutes.

Krill Oil Pasta

Ingredients:
1 portion shell pasta
1 capsule Marine Omega
1 slice tomato
2 florets of brocolli
sprinkle of cheese (any type appropriate for children)

Method:
Boil shell pasta till soft. Drain away water. Cut Marine Omega capsule open and squeeze oil onto pasta. Toss and mix well.
Remove seeds and skin from slice tomato, then chop finely
Rinse and soak brocolli to remove debris. Steam till soft.
Cut or grate cheese finely
Add all the above ingredients onto pasta. Toss and mix well.
